To my valued patients,

I am pleased to announce that after 37 years as owner of the Center for Audiology Services, and over 40 years as an audiologist, I am retiring.  I have thoroughly enjoyed caring for the hearing needs of so many patients over the years, from the start of my solo practice in 1985 at Lafayette Towers on Lehigh Street in Easton, through the growth of the practice to eight employees in our current location on Baglyos Circle.  I am truly grateful for the ongoing support of my staff, our patients, and the community that has made my career so personally rewarding.

I’m especially delighted to announce that as of May 16, my associate Dr. Laura Grinstead has assumed ownership of the Center for Audiology Services.  Many of you have already met Dr. Grinstead.  Over the past three years, as I have worked side by side with Laura in our office, she has demonstrated outstanding clinical skills and exceptional patient care.  I know that Dr. Grinstead and our entire team will continue to provide the same extraordinary level of care that our patients have experienced over the past 37 years.  I will continue to work with Dr. Grinstead and our staff over the next few weeks, to complete the transition of the practice.

While I am looking forward to spending more time with family and friends, travelling, and pursuing new interests, at the same time I will certainly miss the wonderful relationships I’ve had with my patients, and the satisfaction of helping people enjoy better life through better hearing.

I’m excited to start this new chapter in my life knowing that you can fully trust Dr. Grinstead and the entire staff to continue to provide the professional and compassionate hearing care you’ve always experienced at the Center for Audiology Services.

Sincerely,

Dr. Janet Westlund, Au.D.
