Zenaidia Douglas, a Patient Care Coordinator at our front office, has a background in medical services and a passion for helping people. Before joining Center for Audiology Services, Zenaidia was a phlebotomist at St. Luke’s outpatient lab. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from Cedar Crest College, where she studied health science and public health while participating in multiple student clubs. Outside the office, Zenaidia enjoys working out, baking cakes, reading, and learning new things.
